Hilarious scenes and heart-rending arias from the world's favourite operas, presented by Hatstand's professional singers and pianist. Quick costume changes and informal presentation combine with top-notch singing for a great evening of music and laughter.

Known for their entertaining approach to opera, Hatstand Opera have delighted packed audiences in castles, churches, National Trust properties, village halls, art galleries, stately homes, gardens and theatres alike. Hatstand have performed for 7000 people for the National Trust, sung under 17th century Dutch masters at the National Gallery, entertained the top brass at NATO SHAPE HQ in Belgium, broadcast live on Classic FM, featured on Radio 4, and even shared the bill with Julio Iglesias at a vineyard in Western Australia!

Hatstand Opera soloists are highly experienced performers, with a special skill in performing close-up to any audience. Hatstand's singers have worked with most of the UK companies and many more beyond, but they all return to work with Hatstand when they can – because they love it!
