The Lion Ballroom Arts Centre in Leominster has been described as the town's "best kept secret".

The building dates from the early Victorian period (1843) but this fact is misleading as its character is undoubtedly Georgian, The Lion Ballroom being typical of the grand assembly rooms fashionable during that period. This character, combined with the room's dimensions give it a lovely sense of intimacy. There is a fine Steinway 'B' piano in situ and the room has superb acoustics for music.
